Catalyst were engaged as design and build consultants for their Beaumont St, Auckland location. This would be the second major office project Catalyst would deliver for Crombie Lockwood (now Gallagher Insurance), the first being in Wellington, and smaller works in Whangarei and West Auckland.

Catalyst partnered with this client to create a sophisticated meeting hub designed to host regional executives. Combining industrial elements with brass accents and luxury finishes, the space strikes a balance between boldness and warmth. A versatile kitchen area anchors the design, ready to accommodate business functions with style.  A thoughtfully integrated AV systems ensures a comfortable, collaborative environment.

Expanding into New Zealand, they entrusted Catalyst as their Design and Build partner to streamline design, project management, and construction into a seamless process, perfectly aligning with their vision.

Ever imagined that a brewery could be your next office space? Global leader in smart meter technology, EDMI, needed a fresh workspace that matched their high-tech needs. The building at 100 Taranaki Street/1 Ghuznee Street, once a bar, restaurant, and brewery, presented a unique challenge for transforming it into a modern office. Catalyst preserved the building's distinctive character while creating a functional and inspiring office environment that aligned with EDMI's brand.

JBWere, a leading financial management firm with offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, engaged Catalyst to reimagine their Wellington workspace. As a client-focused organisation, JBWere sought a refurbishment that would enhance collaboration while improving acoustic privacy. Catalyst was engaged by the Hodge Group to design a flexible coworking space for their company, Flexlease. The project involved transforming an existing office suite situated in the heart of Wellington’s CBD on the golden mile. The goal was to create a modern, adaptable space that catered to both short and long-term tenants.

Our designers led an interactive design process, tailoring the workspace to meet unique business needs. Their use of 3D modeling engaged staff in the transformation of their existing space, while in-house project management ensured effective communication and oversight throughout this large-scale project.
