Sudima engaged Catalyst to assess the acoustics of their hotel's bedrooms. Impressed with their work, Sudima expanded the project to include a reception and admin block, a 90-bed wing, and refurbishment of two older wings to modern standards.

Catalyst was engaged to deliver two compact but high-impact retail spaces for UGG Express — one on Lambton Quay in Wellington and another in North City, Porirua. These 30–50sqm ground floor sites marked the beginning of what is set to become a broader rollout of UGG stores across New Zealand.

Their use of 3D modeling engaged staff in the transformation of their existing space, while in-house project management ensured effective communication and oversight throughout this large-scale project.

Our collaborative in-house team achieved a fit-for-purpose, cost-effective, turnkey design and build solution for Egis’ new Wellington office, successfully meeting all deliverables within budget and client move-in timeframe.

The relocation project for AMP Wealth Management exemplifies how Catalyst values a client's future vision, resulting in an innovative and sustainable human-centric workspace that provides a great in-office and remote work experience. The new office is situated in the AON Tower, Auckland.
