Catalyst's team focused on efficient reuse of the existing fitout and transforming the space to suit SLR’s workplace needs. A priority was on material selections from sustainable carpets, low VOC paints, right down to the light shades made from natural materials. The sustainable lens was emphasised by bringing the natural environment into the fitout with access to windows and natural light as well as plants throughout the space.

The project had an extremely tight timeframe and the Catalyst’s agile approach meant we were able to adapt to the project requirements. Meticulous planning from our project manager and construction manager ensured efficient sequencing of trades to ensure key dates were hit.

The final results is a refreshed space, transformed to meet’s SLR’s needs with a calming aesthetic through greenery and materiality.
