Catalyst's design team creates workspaces that bring people together and boost productivity. The Catalyst approach uses smarter design methods, a thorough data-backed strategy report, and well-thought-out floor plan functionality to create workspaces that your people feel great being in, enabling greater levels of creativity and engagement.

Preliminary Design
During the preliminary design phase, our team uses industry-leading 3D drawing software Revit to create a 3-dimensional version of the design. We collaborate closely with you and our internal project managers, construction managers, and quantity surveyors to test concepts and ideas, ensuring the numbers, buildability, and timeframes align. By the end of this phase, we will have a locked-in floor plan and be ready to move on to the next phases for further refinement and development.
Developed Design
During this phase, we bring your workplace to life by developing the look and feel of each space in detail. Our team carefully selects products and materials, giving you the opportunity to touch and feel the finishes to ensure they meet your expectations. We prepare 3D visuals and fly-throughs, allowing us to effectively communicate the design with you.

Dinosaur Polo Club is an independent video game developer based in Wellington. They’re a handful of lovely humans creating games with relatable simplicity. The past couple of years have seen their studio grow as they work on exciting new games and needed a new space to house their expanding squad of talented dinos.
