How we work
The Catalyst architectural design team progress through four phases: Concept Design, Developed Design, Detailed Design, and Construction Documentation.
- During the concept design phase, our architects work with you to develop an initial concept for the project.
- The developed design phase focuses on refining the concept and developing more detailed plans and documentation.
- In the detailed design phase, technical specifications and construction details are developed.
- The construction documentation phase involves producing the final set of documents that contractors will use to build the project. Throughout these phases, our architects work closely with you and other stakeholders to ensure that the final design meets their needs and expectations.
