Catalyst was tasked with creating a modern yet homely feel for The Property Group's Auckland office, and the result is stunning.
The space boasts a versatile layout, allowing for growth and collaboration, with sleek and impressive features that complement the existing timber floors.
The front-of-house area steals the show, with its feature stone, lighting, and seating, all seamlessly flowing into the kitchen and meeting rooms. Natural light floods the space, adding to its natural feel, and is further accentuated by the beautiful feature plants.
The tongue and groove acoustic panels not only contribute to the aesthetic but also preserve the stunning views of Wellington city and the waterfront below.
The end result is a space that is both contemporary and comfortable, where modern high-end features meet an inviting atmosphere.
