The company's design style is modern with an industrial twist. The lobby features textured walls that contrast with sharp linear lighting, while the polished concrete flooring and mesh dividing screens pay homage to industrial-look security elements.
The boardroom design exposes the structural forms and showcases the concrete structure, emphasising the brand's secure and strong image.
The kitchen breakout space also continues this design sentiment with an exposed painted-out ceiling grid and services, stylish lighting features, and a modern take on vintage furniture detailing and styling.
The brief for the office design was to maximise the incredible waterfront outlook for visitors, clients, and the whole team to enjoy. The layout needed to be flexible for future growth and scaled for an increase in staff choosing to work from home. Attractive drawcards were also required to entice the team back into the office and foster staff interconnectivity.
A cost-conscious design was needed due to economic uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.
