The project centred around developing a workplace that felt cohesive, functional and reflective of Gallagher’s collaborative culture. Through careful space planning and thoughtful design solutions, the new environment was tailored to support a variety of working styles while maximising the efficiency of the available footprint.

Working closely with the Gallagher team throughout the process, Catalyst delivered a streamlined and seamless experience from concept through to completion. A key priority was ensuring the design achieved maximum impact within budget, balancing functionality, durability and aesthetic appeal without compromising on quality.

The project also involved significant coordination and staging requirements across multiple floors. To ensure Gallagher’s team could continue operating throughout the works, the fitout was carefully staged floor-by-floor, with staff relocated between spaces as required to minimise disruption and maintain business continuity.

The completed workspace now provides a modern and inspiring environment that enhances day-to-day operations and supports stronger collaboration across teams. The introduction of flexible work settings, improved meeting spaces and better staff amenities has enabled greater connectivity and efficiency throughout the office.
