Project Information

The landlord's scope of the works was a demolition and delivery of the base build and MCHF fit-out. The tenant's (Treasury) scope was delivery of the tenant fit-out.

Managing the relationship with the landlord and their consultants was one of the main challenges of this project. Catalyst along with the project team worked with the landlord's team in a positive and constructive manner which led to the completion of the project under budget and ahead of schedule.
