Catalyst and Power Living collaborated closely to transform an existing office into a multi-functional space that includes studios, retail areas, and bathrooms. The team took a sustainable approach by reusing existing fit outs whenever possible to reduce the scope of the build. The design incorporates the original features of exposed ceilings, white painted brick walls, and rustic timber flooring.
