For Callaghan to personify their mission as one of the key forces in the technological development of New Zealand, Catalyst refreshed their Wellington CBD office a modern, agile environment equipped to support their vision.
A long-standing client of ours, Callaghan Innovation engaged the Catalyst team to refresh their offices, implementing modern workplace standards and trends. A wide variety of flexible working spaces were created to ensure the workplace is equipped to facilitate and support Callaghan’s functions.
Client objectives
- Utilising an existing quality fitout and injecting Callaghan Innovations brand into the space using colour, carpet, new furniture & glazing film.
- Taking on the principles of Activity Based Working in line with PMCoE guidelines
- Creating a variety of supporting spaces including quiet pods and diverse collaboration spaces such as meeting rooms, hot desk, leaners and booths
