22 The Terrace was in a position where earthquake strengthening was required to increase the rating of the building. The client took this opportunity to not only upgrade the earthquake rating but also upgrades to increase the buildings' Greenstar rating to 5 Star, End of Trip Facilities, and Office Fit-Out.
