Gina joined Catalyst late 2017, with an extensive, multi-award winning career and presence in New Zealand’s Architecture community.

Inaugural President of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Board member of the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA) and with a previous role as President of the New Zealand Institute of Building (NZIOB), Gina’s ever increasing wealth of knowledge is then applied to our projects, delivering innovative solutions for our clients. Gina delivers a formidable range of skills in architecture, design, project management and development within the Catalyst team.

With the exposure to, and successful delivery of such a variety of responsibilities, Gina is an expert at delivering feasibility consultation to clients. She also has extensive knowledge of council and Resource Management Act (RMA) coordination, the development of procurement strategies and effectively leading many consultant-based project teams at a senior level.
