Catalyst Group Wins Gold at the New Zealand Commercial Project Awards

Catalyst Group has won gold at the New Zealand Commercial Project Awards for our exceptional Dinosaur Polo Club fitout. The non-corporate space design for a video game developer in the heritage NZX building in Wellington impressed the judges.

Our 'people first' sustainable design approach focused on wellness, accessibility, and diversity. The incorporation of unique curved walls presented a fresh challenge for our builders, but meticulous planning and collaboration ensured our success despite limited space and close proximity working.

Sustainability was paramount throughout the project. We used recycled elements, retained existing build elements, and sourced local materials. Overcoming supply chain disruptions and trade shortages, we delivered the project on time.

Huge thanks to our amazing client, Dinosaur Polo Club, especially CEO Chantelle Cole and the passionate Dino team, who were instrumental in making this project a success. We also want to recognise our outstanding team members: Anya Kouzminova, Montana Barker, Scott Wright and Tim Rayner for bringing this vision to life.

We extend our gratitude to the judges for acknowledging our commitment to innovative and sustainable design. This award reaffirms our dedication to creating remarkable spaces that prioritise people's well-being and push the boundaries of commercial interior design.
