Catalyst is delighted to welcome Raewyn Osborne to it's Nationwide Team.
She is one of the few people in New Zealand who has worked as a client side Asset Information Model coordinator, taking over 90 BIM models and developing them to meet the requirements specific to ongoing facilities management and maintenance.
This work has recently been recognised by winning the 2020 BuildingSmart International BIM Award for Asset Management with Karl Fitzpatrick for Auckland International Airport Ltd (AIAL).
Raewyn played a key role as a Terminal Model Lead at AIAL and the Asset Information Model Raewyn helped develop is arguably New Zealand’s largest. She is now at Catalyst providing customised training to our 3D modellers and ensuring they deliver to a high standard.
As part of model development, Raewyn can work closely with clients responsible for facilities management and develop models in response to their needs. Catalyst can provide model storage to clients going forward, which eliminates special software and user costs.
Raewyn is leading Catalyst in creating and preparing BIM models that are appropriately detailed for integration into clients’ asset and facilities management programmes.
