As our Project Delivery Lead, you’ll join a high performing and diverse project management team who work across our branches in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. You will take on a range of leadership, project delivery, financial, compliance and stakeholder management duties. The focus of your role is to maintain, improve and grow our Auckland project delivery team, ensuring best practice is consistent across branches, client expectations are exceeded, and individual team members are supported to develop their strengths and realise their value within Catalyst.
· Leadership of the Auckland Project Delivery Team
· Contribution to business planning and implementing strategic initiatives
· Financial accountabilities, at individual project basis and team level
· Relationship management within Catalyst and with external stakeholders
· Responsible for team growth and members learning & development
Communication skills: You’re practiced at tailoring communications to variable audiences, and pride yourself in keeping everyone ‘in the loop’.
Project management ability: You’re known for your thorough understanding of project management methodologies, commitment to improve and practiced ability to transfer knowledge to others.
Solutions focused: You have sound judgement, naturally take initiative, comfortable with change, and enjoy supporting others to adapt.
Coordination:Organised and attentive, yet comfortable with the unexpected. You have excellent time management skills, able to prioritise and delegate tasks, and driven to accomplish excellent results.
Change Management: You’re skilled in supporting team members through change in a positive and thoughtful way, to achieve business objectives and strategic alignment.
Technical know-how: You’ve used job management systems before. MS365 isn’t new to you, you’re able to support others to feel comfortable with basic use of MS Project, Teams, Word, Excel and refer when needed.
